We ship to the USA and Canada. Gift baskets ship two-day in most regions, with next-day service in some areas, and you choose the delivery day at checkout. You get an email with tracking the moment a gift ships. Same-day flower delivery is available in many towns through our local florist partner.

If a gift needs to reach more than one address, place a separate order for each recipient. Need to change an address or the card message after ordering? Reply to your confirmation email or write to Support@giftbasketdelivery.com as soon as you can; changes are possible until the gift leaves our partner.

Returns

Because gift baskets are perishable, they cannot be returned. If anything arrives damaged, incorrect or later than promised, contact us right away and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund. Non-perishable items may be returned unused in their original packaging within 30 days.
