Bon Vivant Gourmet Basket

Apples, pears, oranges, grapes, bananas, and a pineapple fill this basket alongside cheeses, crackers, and tea, finished with a simple bow. It's a gourmet alternative to a sympathy flower arrangement, built for families who'd rather receive something they can share and eat over the following days.

This basket suits a home in mourning especially well, since it gives visitors something to enjoy during the days after a funeral service when people keep stopping by. The fruit and cheese offer real variety, sweet and savory side by side, and nothing here needs a vase or daily water, so it's one less thing for a tired household to manage during a difficult time.

Packing every basket by hand in-house is a practice we've followed since 1903. Same-day delivery applies to most orders placed by 2 PM in the recipient's time zone, noon on Sundays, reaching most of the country from there. Many families pair this basket with fresh flowers ordered alongside it.
