Good to know

  • Gift baskets ship 2-day, so they are not a same-day gift: for a date that matters, order two business days ahead or more and pick the day at checkout.
  • Add the recipient's phone number at checkout; the carrier uses it if the address needs a second look.
  • Business, hospital and campus addresses: include the department, room or mailbox so the front desk can route it.

Heat (May, June, July, August and September). Afternoons average 85°F or more, peaking near 94°F in August. Send chocolate, cheese and fresh fruit to a workplace or a front desk in these months; baked goods, nuts, coffee, tea and spa baskets can take a doorstep drop.

Wettest months (January and December). Around 5.5 and 5.3 inches of rain on average. Boxes are sealed, not waterproof: a covered porch or a workplace address keeps the packaging presentable.
